XDP Street Performance Pushrods (3/8") XD399

Improve the performance and reliability of the valvetrain in your truck when you install the XDP Street Performance Pushrods (3/8") XD399. The factory pushrods are unable to support the increased valve spring pressures, cylinder pressures, and higher RPMs of a modified diesel engine. Even if your pushrods don’t show any outward signs of failure, that does not mean they are able to handle the additional stress. The stock pushrods can flex excessively even in mildly built applications, leading to power loss and premature valvetrain wear or failure.  

The XDP Street Performance Pushrods are manufactured to XDP's exacting specifications. These 3/8” diameter pushrods feature seamless 4130/4135 chromoly tubing that is cold drawn over a mandrel for greater rigidity and to minimize flex. The CNC machined tips are built from 86L20 bar stock that is triple tempered and core hardened to provide greater wear and impact resistance. These manufacturing processes and high-quality materials means these pushrods deliver improved valvetrain performance and longer service life. Sold as a set of 12.

Installation Note: These Pushrods are a direct replacement for the factory pushrods in your engine. Please consult the factory service manual for removal, installation and valve adjustment instructions.

Products manufactured by XDP carry a 2-Year warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship. The Warranty is Limited to two (2) years from the date of sale and limited solely to the parts contained within the product's kit. All products that are in question of Warranty must be returned shipping prepaid to XDP and must be accompanied by a dated proof of purchase receipt. Warranty is limited to the original purchaser.

Under no circumstances shall the Xtreme Diesel Performance, LLC. be liable for any labor charged or travel time incurred in diagnosis for defects, removal, or reinstallation of this product, or any other contingent expenses.
