Credits & Refunds
Once your return or exchange is complete, and you opt to have your credits refunded, HSP will process that refund immediately following your closed RMA. Once we submit the refund, the credit card processors usually take 2-3 business days.
Product Knowledge
We do not include new Y-bridge gaskets with the Y-bridge. We recommend reusing the factory gaskets as long as they are not damaged to make installation easier.

Damaged / Lost Shipment
If your shipment says delivered, but you do not have the package, contact us immediately!
We recommend you open the package and inspect it before you accept the delivery; if the contents are damaged, we recommend you refuse the box and start a ticket from your customer dashboard immediately. If the package was left at your door and you cannot refuse, take pictures of all sides of the packaging & the label.

After placing an order over the phone or at hspdiesel.com, you will receive an order confirmation.
Log into your account on hspdiesel.com. From there, you will be able to view all of your previous orders.
To track the status of your order, please log into your account and click on order. If the order has shipped, tracking information will appear here.
Products & Fitment
For stock height / leveled 2011-2019 Chevy/GMC Crew cab short bed and long bed trucks, we recommend the 70" bars for proper fitment product 535-2-HSP.
This will possibly fit but will depend on a few factors.
The traction bar length we recommend for crew cab long bed trucks is the 75" bars.

We would be surprised if you get the wrong part, parts, or a completely wrong shipment, but it is possible. Log into your customer account and create a support ticket, and our support team will get the incorrect items back to the correct ones to you and us as soon as possible!

When logged into your HSP customer account, you will be able to use the "change password" link on the my account tab or the change password button under the "Account Information" tab of your dashboard. from here you will be able to change your password as long as you know the current password.
