Fueling can mean high or low pressure. With modern common rail diesel engines, we can see an excess of 25,000 PSI at the fuel rail being pushed into injectors. This means we need constant and clean fuel, or else failure will follow. For this reason, we must choose what parts we use for that high or low-pressure option.

HSP Diesel knows that while there are many options, some are better than others. With Lift pumps, CP3 pumps, fuel pressure regulators, and CP3 conversion kits, you must be careful to get it right the first time. The name of the game here is consistent pressure on the high and low sides, as well as ensuring that fuel is clean and free of air bubbles. The fuel coming into the Cp3 on the Modern Powerstroke, Duramax, and Cummins platforms needs to be at a specific pressure because too much or too little will cause premature CP3 failure.

This is why products like the Airdog 165 pump and the Fass Titanium series are so important for low-pressure fuel systems. Regarding high pressure, we recommend S&S diesel and Dynomite Diesel, also known as DDP.
