XDP HD Replacement Battery Cable Set XD428

The XDP HD Replacement Battery Cable Set XD428 is a superior replacement for the frayed or corroded battery cables in your 1999-2003 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke. Old or damaged battery cables can cause a multitude of issues in your truck. From poor charging to hard-starts and even no-start conditions. Improperly maintained or failing battery cables can also cause strain on your electrical system and leave you stranded.

The XD428 Battery Cable Set is constructed from a 2/0 (or 00 AWG) wire for superior conductivity and durability. Each cable end features crimped-on tin plated copper terminals for a secure long-lasting connection. As an added step, an adhesive lined heat-shrink wrap seals the terminal crimps to prevent oxidization and battery fumes from shortening the life of the cables. Each kit comes ready to install with military style battery terminals, terminal covers, and wire loom for added protection.

Application Note:

This kit has a 90-degree lug fits the following starters: OEM, XDP HD, Mean Green.
This kit is only designed to work on trucks with a 54" driver side negative cable.

The Warranty is Limited to two (2) years from the date of sale and limited solely to the parts contained within the product's kit. All products that are in question of Warranty must be returned shipping prepaid to XDP and must be accompanied by a dated proof of purchase receipt. Warranty is limited to the original purchaser.

Under no circumstances shall the Xtreme Diesel Performance, LLC. be liable for any labor charged or travel time incurred in diagnosis for defects, removal, or reinstallation of this product, or any other contingent expenses.
