XDP HFCM Water Separator Drain Plug Upgrade XD327

The XDP HFCM Water Separator Drain Plug Upgrade XD327 is an upgrade for the existing drain plug on the HFCM (Horizontal Fuel Conditioning Module) in your 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke. The factory drain plug strips easily and once it's damaged, it becomes very difficult to remove. The XD327 features a CNC-machined billet aluminum construction with a knurled perimeter so you can install and remove it by hand, or with a 3/8" drive ratchet. This eliminates the hazards of having to replace the whole HFCM due to a damaged drain plug. 

The factory plug also causes the draining fuel and water to land directly on the driveshaft making a mess during routine maintenance. The XDP HFCM Water Separator Drain Plug Upgrade has been designed with a built-in retaining shaft that keeps the plug from falling out, and also wicks the fuel away from the driveshaft so you can keep things clean. Each plug includes a new o-ring seal, and features an anodized black finish for long lasting looks and durability.

Products manufactured by XDP carry a 2-Year warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship. The Warranty is Limited to two (2) years from the date of sale and limited solely to the parts contained within the product's kit. All products that are in question of Warranty must be returned shipping prepaid to XDP and must be accompanied by a dated proof of purchase receipt. Warranty is limited to the original purchaser.

Under no circumstances shall the Xtreme Diesel Performance, LLC. be liable for any labor charged or travel time incurred in diagnosis for defects, removal, or reinstallation of this product, or any other contingent expenses.
