The 105-HSP, also known as the HSP Cold Side Tube Factory Style for the 2003 and 2004 Chevrolet and GMC LB7 Duramax-equipped trucks, was developed to address the significant airflow limitations in the factory system.

The factory charge air system on the LB7 Duramax is extremely restrictive. Power production depends on airflow, and the stock system quickly becomes a bottleneck, especially once tuning, turbo, or fuel upgrades are added. The intercooler systems limitations show up fast, and the HSP Cold Side Tube is designed to fix that problem.

We increased the diameter of the cold side tube to 3", dramatically improving airflow capacity over stock. Smooth, mandrel-bent curves reduce turbulence and support better air velocity. • LB7: 2003-2004 (VIN Code 1)

Note: This part does not fit 2001-2002 LB7 trucks, even though they share the same VIN code.

How to Identify VIN Code: The 8th character of the VIN designates the engine. The 10th character identifies the model year.
