Total Throttle Control

Unlike conventional cable throttles, where your pedal is directly attached to the engines butterfly valve, electronic accelerator pedals are not mapped linearly. Part throttle drivability is often dampened as a means to stretch fuel economy, giving a mushy and unresponsive feel when on the road.

We spent months engineering smooth pedal contours that are a pleasure to drive. Others like Pedal Commander, have crude steps, making your pedal feel like an on-off switch. Your transmission responds by hunting for gears.

With Pedal Monster's OBD-II connectivity, throttle sensitivity is added smoothly and intelligently based on speed, transmission, and throttle position information. Without access to rich vehicle data, all other throttle controllers end up feeling twitchy and unpredictable.

OBD-Connected Safety Features

Active Safety System

In the event of a loss of power or circuit failure, our patented failsafe system seamlessly returns the pedal to stock, and you keep driving down the road. When other throttle controllers fail, they leave the pedal dead, and youre stuck in the middle of the highway.

Transmission Selection

Selecting manual or automatic transmission type with PedalMonsters menu alters its added sensitivity. The result is a smoother response for easier clutch engagement. Other throttle controllers do not even know you have a transmission, let alone offer alternative throttle contours.

Low-Speed Trim

Gradually adds in throttle sensitivity under 10 MPH. User-adjustable with 5 levels of adjustment to prevent wheel spin or abrupt take-offs. Helpful when towing or on slick surfaces.

Reverse Safety

Our patented reverse safety feature returns the vehicle to stock throttle response when in reverse gear, so you don't go flying out of the garage backward or jackknife your trailer.

PedalMonster is the ONLY throttle sensitivity controller connected via the vehicle's +12 volt OBD-II port to read vehicle data.

This reliable power connection and vehicle information is used to provide smooth pedal response and enhanced safety features.

Other 'Boost Commanders' draw power from the accelerator pedal circuit itself, potentially overloading the circuit and leading to a dead pedal and an inoperable engine.
