PPE 517125000 V-BAND CLAMP - QUICK RELEASE (QR) - 304 STAINLESS STEEL

PPE's QR Clamps and Flanges are manufactured with corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel which offers better durability to the everyday extreme environmental conditions these parts are subjected to. Inside interlocking 304 stainless steel flanges and a deeper outside register ensure a secure, tight fit that is able to withstand high pressures.

PPE QR Clamps feature a quick-release mechanism with a one-piece FlexLoc Nut ideal for severe service uses and won't fail like inferior nylon nuts. Because a FlexLoc Nut has no nylon insert, it consistently provides better tensile strength than the leading "two-element" locknuts and is ideal for elevated temperature environments. PPE's deep register holds the V-Band Flange securely until you are ready to release. Easily and securely reconnects in seconds.

Available as individual pieces or in 3-piece and 8-piece kits in sizes 1.5", 1.75", 2.0", 2.25", 2.5", 2.75", 3.0", 3.25", 3.5", 4.0" and 5.0" OD.
