High Efficiency Core

The upgraded core design was built with efficiency in mind. Cooling potential is increased with more fins per inch and heavy-duty tubes. 

Internally Reinforced

Xtra Cool Radiators are built with a special aluminum brazing technique to increased strength. To add more internal strength, the end tubes and outside corners are reinforced where the core is most vulnerable. 

Gasket Design

A common failure point in many OE radiators. XDP's Xtra Cool Radiators use a proprietary gasket to allow for expansion, contraction, and front-end flex.

Revised End Tanks

The plastic mix used to construct the end tanks contains a special fiber reinforcement for increased strength. Reinforcement ribs are added in weak points to increase longevity and help eliminate another failure point.

Upgraded Mounting Points

The integrated mounting points have been strengthened to add durability. This allows the radiator to stay securely mounted in the same stock location. 

End Tank Attachment

Unlike the factory construction that uses an aluminum crimp strip to join the end tanks to the core, the Xtra Cool Radiators are built with a heavy gauge steel crimp strip. Using steel helps to eliminate the tank and core separation common with the factory design.
