The XDP Fuel System Contamination Kit - No Pump (Stock Replacement) XD611 will help you get your truck back on the road. The factory CP4 injection pump in the Super Duty trucks is known as a common failure point in the fuel system and often fails in a disastrous manner. As a result, debris from a CP4 failure contaminates the fuel injectors, fuel injector lines, fuel rails, and many other components throughout the entire fuel system. To repair the failed pump and eliminate the risk of contaminating the replacement parts, all the parts mentioned must then be replaced. Simply flushing the fuel system doesn't ensure that all the residual metal shavings or debris will be removed from the system. This XDP Fuel Contamination Kit is a great replacement for your Powerstroke engine with a failed CP4 fuel injection pump, water in the fuel tank, or DEF contamination.

This XDP Fuel Contamination Kit includes all the major components to get your truck back on the road but allows you to choose your own high pressure pump such as the S&S Diesel 6.7F-DCR CP4 To DCR Conversion. Other components included with this kit are fuel injectors, fuel injector lines, fuel rails, and much more. Swapping out all of these components will help ensure that all the high-pressure pump remains are out of the fuel system. This will ensure that the replacement components won't get contaminated from the previous pump failure.

The Warranty is Limited to two (2) years from the date of sale and limited solely to the parts contained within the product's kit. All products that are in question of Warranty must be returned shipping prepaid to XDP and must be accompanied by a dated proof of purchase receipt. Warranty is limited to the original purchaser.

Under no circumstances shall the Xtreme Diesel Performance, LLC. be liable for any labor charged or travel time incurred in diagnosis for defects, removal, or reinstallation of this product, or any other contingent expenses.
