The XDP Fuel System Contamination Kit - No Pump (Stock Replacement) XD612 will help you get your 2015-2016 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke back up and running. The OE CP4 injection pump in the Super Duty trucks is acknowledged as a common failure point in the fuel system and often fails in a disastrous manner. As a result, debris from a CP4 failure contaminates the fuel injector lines, fuel rails, fuel injectors, and many other lines and hoses throughout the entire fuel system. To repair the failed pump and avoid the risk of contaminating the replacement parts, all the components mentioned must then be replaced. Trying to flush the fuel system doesn't ensure that all the remaining metal shavings or debris will be removed from the system. The XDP Fuel Contamination Kit is excellent replacement for your Powerstroke engine with a failed CP4 fuel injection pump, DEF contamination, or water in the fuel tank.

This XDP Fuel Contamination Kit comes with all the major pieces you need to get your truck back on the road but allows you to choose your own high-pressure pump such as the S&S Diesel 6.7F-DCP CP4 To DCR Conversion. Other components included with this kit are fuel injectors, fuel injector lines, fuel rails, and many more parts. Swapping out all of these components will help ensure that all the injection pump debris are out of the fuel system. This will make sure that the replacement components won't get contaminated from the previous pump failure.
