The XDP Remanufactured Fuel Injector (Stock HP) XD485 is a high-quality replacement for the malfunctioning injector in your 2008-2010 Ford 6.4L Powerstroke. With over 30 million fuel injectors on the road, you can be sure this component is constructed to meet or surpass the original manufacturers specifications to make sure you get a superior quality product.

Each fuel injector has a re-honed injector body bore to restore original clearances. All new parts are used, and the spill flow has been reset to ensure correct pressure control with minimal losses. Each fuel injector nozzle is tested for leakage, needle lift, and flow while the actuators are certified to OE specification to ensure like-new performance. These extra steps performed during the remanufacturing processes result in a warranty rate of less than 0.2 percent.

Products manufactured by XDP carry a 2-Year warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship. The Warranty is Limited to two (2) years from the date of sale and limited solely to the parts contained within the product's kit. All products that are in question of Warranty must be returned shipping prepaid to XDP and must be accompanied by a dated proof of purchase receipt. Warranty is limited to the original purchaser.

Under no circumstances shall the Xtreme Diesel Performance, LLC. be liable for any labor charged or travel time incurred in diagnosis for defects, removal, or reinstallation of this product, or any other contingent expenses.
