Xpressor Remanufactured Turbochargers follow a comprehensive remanufacturing process to ensure it meets O.E. specifications. Each turbocharger begins with a complete disassembly and all components are thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Checks are then performed for any microscopic damage to the housing, compressor, turbine wheels, and rotating assembly. Before reassembly, all bearing surfaces are precision machined to a like new finish. The wheels and rotating assemblies are balanced to OEM specifications. Finally, all critical wear parts such as seals, thrust plates, bearings, and fasteners are replaced. A 100% end-of-line testing is performed through the full RPM sweep along with a NVH analysis to ensure the highest quality turbochargers and components. In addition, hydraulic and pneumatic leak testing is done as well as hot gas stand and burst test validations.

The XDP Xpressor Turbo (Remanufactured Stock Replacement) XD555 is a high-quality turbo for your 2007.5-2010 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD/3500HD or GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD. The drop-in design allows this stock replacement turbo to offer a straightforward installation and connect to all the existing factory equipment. A turbocharger installation kit is also provided with an up-pipe to turbo gasket, upper and lower oil drain gaskets, as well as oil feed and turbo coolant banjo seals.
