Hot Side Intercooler Tube

The factory hot side tube on the LLY is notorious for failure—most often where it rubs against the power steering line, leading to boost leaks. HSP solves this by rerouting the tube directly into the intercooler for better clearance and less turbulence. Constructed from 3" mandrel-bent tubing, it not only improves airflow but also enhances visual appeal with powder coat options.

Max Flow Bridge & Cold Side Tube

The Max Flow Bridge is a precision-cast aluminum piece CNC machined for maximum airflow. It features a 3" two-piece design, allowing easy installation and pressure testing to over 100 PSI. The cold side tube is also 3" in diameter and mandrel-bent to reduce turbulence and improve system efficiency. Together, these components create a smooth, high-volume charge air path.
