When will I receive my refund?
Once your return or exchange is complete, and you opt to have your credits refunded, HSP will process that refund immediately following your closed RMA. Once we submit the refund, the credit card processors usually take 2-3 business days.

Are new Y-bridge gaskets included with the bridge?
We do not include new Y-bridge gaskets with the Y-bridge. We recommend reusing the factory gaskets as long as they are not damaged to make installation easier.

Do these up pipes match up to the PPE performance exhaust manifolds? I installed your entire bundle kit a few months back, and it's awesome. But would like to install new manifolds.
No, as our up-pipes are made to work with the factory style mounting.
I received this filter in your bundle kit, and it does not appear oiled. If it is pre-oiled, as the product title suggests, what oil should be used, moving forward, and do you have a cleaner you recommend as well? Thanks!

If your shipment says delivered, but you do not have the package, contact us immediately!

When installing the traction bars, should the rear wheels be off the ground with rear leafs at full sag or wheels on the ground and leaf springs supporting the weight at a natural stance?

What length traction bars do I need? The truck is a 2015 Duramax with a leveling kit.
For stock height / leveled 2011-2019 Chevy/GMC Crew cab short bed and long bed trucks, we recommend the 70" bars for proper fitment product 535-2-HSP.
Can I get replacement bushings for the front of the bars?

Will these work on a 2006 chevy Silverado 1500 ext cab? I know there listed for the 2500hd models. But if they would work, what is the proper length for my truck

I've got a 2017 Chevy 3500HD Regular Cab with a 7" lift. Are the 70" traction bars or the 58"?
This will possibly fit but will depend on a few factors.
What size should I use on a 2005 LLY crew cab standard box? 58 or 70?
The traction bar length we recommend for crew cab long bed trucks is the 75" bars.

What do I do if I get the wrong items in my shipment?
We would be surprised if you get the wrong part, parts, or a completely wrong shipment, but it is possible. Log into your customer account and create a support ticket, and our support team will get the incorrect items back to the correct ones to you and us as soon as possible!
