The HSP-P-493-3, also known as the HSP Intake and Intercooler Bundle Kit for 2020-2024 Ford Powerstroke trucks, is a must-have to increase the power on your stock truck and finally get the performance you've been wanting.

What is this 6.7L Powerstroke Bundle?

The HSP-P-493-3 is a full intake and intercooler bundle package. This kit includes our exclusively designed intake system and intercooler piping that sets your truck apart — all while keeping emissions intact.

Cold Air Intake

The HSP Diesel 6.7 Powerstroke Intake is a major upgrade from factory parts. We use a full metal assembly and a large heatshield that draws in cooler air and adds sleek styling in one package.

Hot Side Intercooler Tube

Our Hot Side Tube is made from aluminized steel, which provides durability and allows us to create precise mandrel bends for optimal airflow and minimal turbulence. We upgrade the boots to 5-ply high-strength silicone and include a billet coupler for better fit and long-term reliability.

Cold Side Intercooler Tube

The factory Cold Side is a known weak point. We eliminate that issue with upgraded boots, mandrel-bent tubing, and a billet coupler unlike anything else available. The result: increased power, reliability, and peace of mind.

We saw 963 ft-lbs of torque at 1850 RPM and 419 HP at 2850 RPM at the wheels in our 2024 test vehicle — all with emissions present and stock tuning using only this kit!
