Hot Side Intercooler Tube

The factory hot side pipe on LLY trucks is a known failure point due to its routing against the power steering line, which can eventually rub through and cause a boost leak. HSPs upgraded design reroutes directly into the intercooler to improve airflow, reduce temps, and add clearance. Constructed from a 3" mandrel-bent tube, it's available in various powder coat finishes to upgrade your engine bays appearance.

Cold Side Intercooler Tube

The 3" mandrel-bent cold side tube is optimized for maximum airflow and minimal turbulence. It connects to the factory-style bridge for superior efficiency, flow, and performancewhile retaining all necessary OEM components.

How to Check: The 8th character of the VIN indicates the engine code. The 10th character is the model year.
