Who is Dynomite Diesel?

What makes Dynomite Diesel different?

Building injectors is nothing new, and it has been happening since fuel injection happened and we moved away from carburetors. The difference is that Dynomite Diesel does not EDM their injectors. EDM is a machining process that uses a wire to burn/drill out the holes and get the desired size, then makes the injector nozzle flow more. Dynomite Diesel uses hone technology to achieve the hole size. This means no bur's, no extra material, and an overall cleaner nozzle. All of this is coupled with what is called injector matching. What is injector matching? Injector matching is when a set of injectors or nozzles are made the flow of that injector is measured. Those injectors or nozzles are matched with others that are within an extremely low tolerance to ensure the injectors are balanced with the rest of the set being used. This adds more power with the same size hole. Making more power, less smoke, and better fuel economy.
