Who is Mishimoto?

Mishimoto started in 2005, which means they have over a decade of experience and knowledge and know what they are talking about and doing. With a headquarters based out of Delaware, they provide products and services worldwide.

What is Mishimoto?

Mishimoto has a massive lineup of products they offer. With products like Intercoolers, transmission coolers, catch cans, and thermostats, there is something for everyone, and Mishimoto works very hard to cover all of those bases.

Why would you need products from Mishimoto?

The big thing is that most of us like to add new things to our vehicles. Whether it is more power, new wheels, or to make it more along with our styles, we change things. However, people overlook the need to support many of the systems. Now, we mean that people will add in power and demand more performance from their truck but forget that the factory transmission cooler was not made to do that. Now we have a transmission holding more power but not cooling as efficiently, so we need to look at a better transmission cooler to handle that. Or when you go bigger on the turbo or turn it up an extra 10-15 PSI, we need to ensure that the air is cool. Going with a better flowing and cooling intercooler makes a huge difference. With all that being said, we must also remember that while many of us look at upgrades to counter other upgrades, Mishimoto also has quality products that work great to replace the factory parts before a failure or because of availability.

What makes Mishimoto different?

Mishimoto is not alone in parts like this; however, what makes Mishimoto different from the others is that they did stick hard in the diesel industry. The diesel industry is used to having a kind of hand-me-down situation. Now, we mean that before, about 15-18 years ago or so, inside the diesel industry, trucks were not pushed for the power and performance they are now. However, Mishimoto pushed to make those parts and ensure they were taken care of and ready to go when that factory part failed.

What does HSP think of Mishimoto?

HSP loves the things Mishimoto makes; we love that they push to have products that break the traditional mold of what we think we need. This means that Mishimoto is a lot like HSP. In a sense, we broke the mold, we saw that there needed to be custom-like parts to fill that diesel industry, and Mishimoto has done the same. Mishimoto makes great products, and HSP is proud and happy to be able to stand by as one of their dealers. Looking at all this time since Mishimoto started, they have made massive changes to their products and services but also offer a limited lifetime warranty, much like HSP does. This gives us the confidence to sell products from Mishimoto.
