XDP Xtra Cool Water Pump XD416

Use the XDP Xtra Cool Water Pump XD416 to replace the old or damaged water pump in your 2004.5-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke. While the factory water pump is built with a plastic impeller that is prone to failure, the XD416 features a metal impeller to resist cracking and flexing under the most extreme conditions. Each water pump is a direct-fit replacement and comes ready for installation. Like all XDP products, the XD416 is backed by the XDP 2 year / unlimited mileage warranty.

Model Year Information: 

2004 Models: If you have a 2004 model you must check your VIN code to determine your production date.

A sample VIN code is: 1FTRW21P24EB10150. In the middle of the VIN code, you see the digits "4EB". The 4 means that it was a 2004 model year. The "E" denotes which production plant built your truck. In this case, E is for Kentucky. Lastly, the "B" is the start of the sequence number (the last 6 digits of the VIN). Some early 2004 models have a "4EA" code. The "A" denotes the early build and most likely is a 2003-2004.25 production date. For example letter "B", "C", "D" or more all denote later model 2004 builds with 2004.25 and newer production dates. For additional assistance with your build date, you can also contact your local dealer with your VIN number, or if the water pump is already off the truck you can measure the impeller.

Products manufactured by XDP carry a 2-Year warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship. The Warranty is Limited to two (2) years from the date of sale and limited solely to the parts contained within the product's kit. All products that are in question of Warranty must be returned shipping prepaid to XDP and must be accompanied by a dated proof of purchase receipt. Warranty is limited to the original purchaser.

Under no circumstances shall the Xtreme Diesel Performance, LLC. be liable for any labor charged or travel time incurred in diagnosis for defects, removal, or reinstallation of this product, or any other contingent expenses.
