Exchanges at HSP are easy. Log into your customer account, find the order you want to wholly or partially exchange, and click the "Create RMA" button. From there, you will be able to select which items you wish to return and what the reason for the return is. Once we approve, request more info, or deny, you will be able to manage & view everything from your dashboard! If you did not make an account, you would need to call us. From there, we will make your account and link everything together, allowing the ability to track the return process.
