What do I do if my shipment says delivered, but I didn't get it?

If your shipment says delivered, but you do not have the package, contact us immediately! Waiting to notify us will only result in a lengthy investigation with the shipping carrier. Log into your customer account dashboard and start a ticket with our support team so we can start the claim immediately. We will work with you & the carrier closely to get your products as fast as possible. Please understand that investigation can take up to 30 days.
