When will I receive my refund?

Once your return or exchange is complete and you opt to have your credits refunded, HSP will process that refund immediately following your closed RMA. Once we submit the refund, the credit card processors usually take 2-3 business days to transfer the funds back into your account. Please understand that this is out of our control and a standard time frame for and credit card refund. If you do not receive a refund in 3-4 business days, please get in touch with our customer service department so we can get involved and help in any way we can.
