The XDP HD Intercooler Pipe - Direct-Fit XD458 will replace the problematic stock pipe and increase the reliability of your 2011-2016 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke. The plastic factory intercooler pipe is a component that is prone to failure on your Super Duty. The factory intercooler pipe won't just fail peacefully on startup or anywhere where it’s convenient. It will break apart by bursting under the power of your engine when towing a heavy load or towing your camper up a steep grade in the middle of nowhere. 

The XDP HD Intercooler Pipe - Direct-Fit XD458 is the same design, fit, and size of the factory component, but constructed out of durable steel with reinforced silicone couplers and t-bolt clamps. As a result, you end up with a component that can withstand the heat, pressure, and output of your Powerstroke engine for years to come. This pipe includes the O-ring and has a factory-style connector that snaps right into the OEM location of your F-250/350/450/550. This means no modifications need to be done during the installation process.

Products manufactured by XDP carry a 2-Year warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship. The Warranty is Limited to two (2) years from the date of sale and limited solely to the parts contained within the product's kit. All products that are in question of Warranty must be returned shipping prepaid to XDP and must be accompanied by a dated proof of purchase receipt. Warranty is limited to the original purchaser.

Under no circumstances shall the Xtreme Diesel Performance, LLC. be liable for any labor charged or travel time incurred in diagnosis for defects, removal, or reinstallation of this product, or any other contingent expenses.
