How do I return an item?

Returns at HSP are easy. Log into your customer account and find the order in which you want to wholly or partially return, and click the "Create RMA" button. From there, you will be able to select which items you wish to return and what the reason for return is. Once we approve, request more info, or deny, you will be able to manage & view everything from your dashboard! If you did not make an account you will need to call us. From there we will make your account and link everything together allowing the ability to track the return process.
