Turbos or turbochargers are a type of forced induction. Forced induction means that air is forced into the engine to increase power. Many modern diesel engines come this way from the factory, like the Duramax, Powerstroke, and Cummins platforms. When the boost is increased with either a larger turbo, an additional turbo, or a module like a boost fooler, you have the chance to increase overall power output.

There are many options for turbos, such as BD Diesel and their twin kits or turbo exchange. HSP Diesel also offers Dan's diesel drop-in turbos. These are two different ways to complete the job but offer different results. Suppose you want similar driving to stock with just a little more power. In that case, a drop-in turbo may be for you. Still, suppose you want to increase power far beyond the factory turbo's abilities. In that case, the twin-turbo options will likely be more your fancy.

No matter what way you go or what you are looking to do, HSP Diesel is always pro turbo! We are all about making the most efficient and coolest boost we can. Make sure you ask what options you can pair with your Dans Diesel turbo or BD Diesel turbo and the HSP Diesel intercooler piping options!
